How did you find about the Philippines?
Philippines is a very beautiful country. There are several beautiful and exotic places in the country, waiting to be explored.
What Philippine locations have you visited?
I have been traveled to almost all provinces in Mindanao (except for Surigao, Zamboanga del Norte, Sulu and Tawi-tawi region). I have also been to Manila, Iloilo and Pampanga a few times already.
What are your opinions on the following things about the Philippines?
Each and every provinces of the country is unique to each other. That makes traveling around Philippines exciting.
Although Filipino cuisines like Adobo, sinigang and menudo are already common in the country, every province boasts their own specialty like Iloiloís famous La Paz Batchoy, Bicolís Laing and Cebuís crispy lechon.
Because of its geographical characteristics, every island hosts a unique tribe. That makes Philippines very rich in terms of cultural diversity.
Across the country, Filipinos are generally warm and hospitable.
What do you dislike about the Philippines?
I guess itís the political system of the country. Philippines used to be a great country decades ago. But because of the corrupt leaders, Philippines succumbed into a bad image in which she didnít deserve at all.
What do you like about the Philippines?
Philippines is actually a rich country, in terms of culture, natural resources and biodiversity. That fact alone makes the country colorful and vibrant.
Your favorite place/s in the Philippines.
L-R: 1) Manila will always be my favorite city despite the horrendous traffic, pollution and limited space. Manilaís beautiful if you take a closer look.; 2) Zamboanga City Ė my second home!; 3) Guimaras Island is one of the cleanest places Iíve ever been.; 4) Camiguin Island, Mindanao. A very peaceful and clean island.; 5) Iligan City Ė the city of majestic waterfalls.
