What are your opinions on the following things about the Philippines?
There are a lot of different beautiful places to explore. And it’s surprising that every time you visit a place, whether it’s a new place or a comeback, there’s always something that you like.
The foods are exquisite. Every province has its own delicacy.
The Philippines has a lot of distinctive cultures. It’s a mark of who we are. We live in a modern world, but inspite of that, most of the traditions are still being practiced, like pagmamano and saying po at opo to the elders.
Filipinos are friendly and hospitable. Most Filipinos can still manage to smile and say they’re okay even if they’re not at all.
What do you dislike about the Philippines?
Dirty politics, crab mentality, and polluted Metro.
What do you like about the Philippines?
Aside from the one’s mentioned in #7, everything. I love my country! ?
Your favorite place/s in the Philippines.
L-R: 1) Saud Beach, Pagudpud – has a stretch of white sand and a nice view of the mountain; 2) Patar White Beach, Bolinao – has few people for total relaxation; 3) Vigan, Ilocos Sur – old houses, feels like your back in the old century. Their empanada and bagnet is superb; 4) Tali Beach, Batangas – is a private beach that is one of the nearest places from the Metro for a weekend getaway; 5) Bangui Wind Mills, Ilocos Norte – something that Filipinos are proud of, the first in the country.
